Returns Policy
Due
to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we can only
accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty by Supercover. We do not accept goods for return and are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or
incorrect.

Each
package will have a TAMPER LABEL on the reverse at the seal of the item. If you
receive your package damaged or the item with the Tamper Label broken or removed
then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the
delivery person to return the item to sender.
If
damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on
the carrier delivery record. Please save the product, the original box and
packaging. Please contact Supercover immediately to arrange return of the product for replacement.
Please notify Supercover of damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. Timely receipt of this
information is necessary for Supercover to file a damage claim.
