This unique clear sealant converts any of our Supercover high performance eye shadows into a liquid. It gives greater staying power and shows even more density to the pigments. Simply mix one or two drops with your eye shadow, create into a paste and apply to the eyes. In addition, it will prevent eye shadow powder falling onto the face or eyes. Suitable for contact lens wearers and can be used to create a liquid eyeliner with any colour eye shadow.
