New Ultimate HD Gel eyeliner is great for every day use, bridal and contact lens wearers. Super concentrated, a little goes a long way. These gel eyeliners are water proof, smudge proof and have a long lasting hold.
PRODUCT FEATURES: You will love the staying power and the water proof properties with natural ingredients. No animal testing, no animal ingredients and no parabens.
EASY TO APPLY:
APPLICATION: Scoop out small amount of the product from the primary container with the Supercover stainless steel spatula then smooth out the product on to the Supercover stainless steel palette. Apply a thin layer with the supplied eye liner brush, allow 1 minute to dry. The liner can also be smudged with the Supercover eyeliner smudger brush for a softer appearance.

PRO-TIP. The Gel liner is cream based it is designed to dry quickly, therefore speed is essential in your application.
PRO- IMPORTANT. Please close the lid tightly immediately after each use and store in cool place.
