Extremely long wearing matte base primer that is applied to the lips and eye lid area. Unlike other primers this new primer is formulated with a built in concealer to soften the appearance of minor skin discolourations as well as fine lines and wrinkle.
PRODUCT FEATURES: Contains ( Mica ) Minerals and botanical. No animal ingredients or testing & no parabens.
Waterproof, long lasting, prevents feathering, shows true colour of products, very concentrated. Neutral tone, therefore it will work with all skin colours & undertones. Also ideal for mature skin and great for HD bridal makeup.
EASY TO APPLY:
APPLICATION: Scoop out small amount of the product from the primary container with the Supercover stainless steel spatula then smooth out the product on to the Supercover stainless steel palette. Apply a thin layer with
Supercover Filbert
HD sable no. 18 or No.10 brush or sponge tip applicator, dampened with the Hydrator spray, apply evenly to your Eyes and or Lips. For the Lip area use Supercover HD Flat sable no.4 brush, allow
1 minute to dry with the eyes closed now apply your favourite Supercover eye
shadows and lipsticks which will last many hours longer without caking or
creasing.

PRO-TIP. The primer is cream based it is designed to dry quickly, therefore speed is essential in your application.
